All members of the club are expected to abide by the following rules:
1. At all times members must show respect to each other, other mini clubs and to the mini community. Use of rude manner, including insults or other such conduct will not me accepted.
2. When representing Cardiff Mini Club, members must act in an adult and mature manner. If such behaviour is not displayed the club will develop a bad reputation. This will not be acceptable.
3. We encourage members to attend club meetings so you know what is happening.
4. Member should assist other members or extend help whenever possible.
5. Annual club membership must be paid to the club by no later that the end of January. Payments by either cash of bank transfer will be accepted. If paying by bank transfer please give your name as the reference. A membership card will be issued to the member by the membership secretary once payment has been received.
6. Members are responsible for having fully road legal vehicles at all times if brought to any club meeting or event/show. You must abide with safe driving and drive in accordance with the rules of the road.
7. Members are encouraged to attend shows/runs organised or being attended by the club.
8. If any member cannot adhere to the rules, or acts in any way against Cardiff Mini Club or its reputation, then their membership may be withdrawn. An initial warning will be issued to the member. In extreme cases an extraordinary meeting will be held by the committee with the member to decide whether membership will be withdrawn with immediate effect to protect the reputation of the club. Any membership monies paid will not be refunded. The club member will be notified of the decision in writing by the club secretary. The committee decision is final.
9. If members have any grievances within the club please contact a committee member so the matter can be resolved quickly and with minimal effect on the club.
